PROGRAMS OFFERED AT JASA HORIZONS
SCHOOL PROGRAM
Age group: 08 yrs and above
Timings: 11 am to 3.30pm
Eligibility: Child above 08 yrs and above are accepted. Children with Intellectual disability, Downs Syndrome, slow learners, Cerebral Palsy, Autism are accepted.
Contents of the program: The main purpose of this program is to make the child independent and also help them reach a state of employability.
The program offers a combination of academic and non-academic skills to the child.
Academic skills include the functional skills, functional English and functional mathematics. Concept of time and usage of mobile etc., is also included. We may help the child take the NIOS curriculum if we find them eligible.
Non academic skills includes Yoga, Art / craft, ADLS, digital literacy etc.
Vocational training: Skills in baking will also be introduced to the child after being duly assessed for the same.

EARLY INTERVENTIONS THERAPIES
Age group: 01 yr and above.
Timings: 11 am to 7.30 pm [ one-on-one session. Duration is one hour per session]
Eligibility: Any child with any kind of disability and who needs therapy e.g., Children with Intellectual disability, Downs Syndrome, slow learners, Cerebral Palsy, Autism etc., are accepted.
Therapies Offered:
Contents of the program: We work on all the areas of development of the child e.g., gross motor, fine motor, attention span, concentration, speech and language, communication, behaviour modification etc. In short to say, we have a holistic approach towards providing therapy to the child. The parent / caretaker is also trained to handle the child in the open one –on-one session conducted.

REMEDIAL TEACHING FOR CHILDREN WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTY & SLOW LEARNERS.
Age group: 03 yrs and above.
Timings: 11 am to 7.30 pm
Eligibility: Any child with any kind of disability and who needs remedial classes to help them cope up with their school curriculum e.g., Children with Intellectual disability, Downs Syndrome, slow learners, Cerebral Palsy, Autism etc., are accepted.
Contents of the program: After assessing the child, we provide help for the child to cope up with his school curriculum. We adopt different strategies in making the child understand the concepts e.g., we adopt the Montessori methodology to teach the child English and arithmetic since this methodology is totally visual and hands-on approach.

ART AND CRAFT CLASSES
Art and Craft activity is offered for children / individuals with special needs for them to improve their concentration, fine motor skills etc. This program is offered individually and also in a group to the children who are interested and these programs are offered during the week and also weekends.

ART AND CRAFT
Art and craft classes are offered to students / housewives who are interested to learn or upgrade their skill. Children with special needs are also eligible to join these programs. These programs are offered on weekends.
